If it is too late to cancel your order you may be able to return any unwanted items for an exchange or store credit once you’ve received your order.

What do I do if I am having trouble with my payment method?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, GPay and PayPal. If your payment is declined, this is a decision that is made by your cardholder. This could be due to a number of reasons including incorrect card number, expiry date, account balance or even spending habits. Please contact your bank to find out exactly why your payment was declined. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal. This is one of the most secure form of payment online, you can sign up for free at www.paypal.com.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Australia can take between 1 and 7 business days for delivery from the date of purchase. International orders take 5 to 15 business days depending on your location. These time frames are given as guides and do not account for any exceptional circumstances such as customs, weather and other delays. What if I have not received my tracking information?

Does Taylor Boardshort Co. cover customs duties, taxes and VAT?

Taylor Boardshort Co. is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. Since these duties and taxes differ between different countries and states we are unable to provide an estimated cost. For further information you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/duties.

How do I return a product?

If you would like to return a product for a different style/size or your product contains a defect please contact our customer support team within 14 days of placing your order at contact@taylorboardshort.co. Unfortunately, as our website provides a detailed description and imagery of our products, we do not allow for any refunds if you do not like the product. Taylor Boardshort Co. also does not cover any damage or general wear and tear that may occur in the use of the product.

How do I best take care of my shorts?

To best take care of your shorts please rinse immediately after use as swimwear. Use warm gentle machine wash with like colours. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Warm iron inside out. Do not dry clean.

What are the specifications of your shorts?

Our shorts are made of 100% polyester microfiber, they have a polyester mesh lining and zinc alloy side fasteners and zips with electro plating. For details on sizing please view our sizing chart.
